Answers to the most common questions about booking with Sahan.
How do I book a flight?
Search your route and date, choose a flight, add passenger details, review the price and pay. Your e-ticket is issued as soon as payment is confirmed.
How do I pay?
Use mobile money (EVC Plus, ZAAD, Sahal, eDahab), Visa or Mastercard, a bank transfer, or pay in cash at a Sahan partner office.
Where is my ticket?
Open Manage booking and enter your booking reference and last name, or log in and open My Bookings. We also email and message the e-ticket after payment is confirmed.
Can I change my flight?
It depends on your fare. Open the booking in My Bookings. If your fare allows changes, the option appears with any fee.
Can I cancel my booking?
Open the booking and choose Cancel Booking. We show what you get back before you confirm.
How do I request a refund?
For refundable fares, open the booking and choose Request Refund. Refunds return to the original payment method within 7 to 10 days.
What baggage is allowed?
Economy includes 20 kg checked and 7 kg cabin baggage. Business and First include 30 kg checked. You can add 10 kg while booking.
