A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified and a ticket number is issued. Until then, seats are held for a limited time and may be released.
Fares, changes and cancellations
Each fare has its own change and refund rules, shown before you pay. Airline fees and fare differences may apply.
Passenger details
Names and document numbers must match the travel document exactly. Sahan is not responsible for denied boarding caused by incorrect details.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 days, minus any fee shown on your fare.
